TenderDesk SA respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
When you sign up or contact us: your name, company name, email address, cellphone number (if you give it), your trade(s) and province.
Why we use it
- To send you the tender alerts you asked for.
- To contact you about your trial, your subscription or bid work you've asked us to do.
- To invoice you for services you've ordered.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone except where the law requires it or a service provider needs it to deliver our service to you (for example, our email provider).
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time by replying "stop" to any email. You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing tenderdeskrsa@gmail.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you use our services, and for as long as needed afterwards for invoicing and tax records. Information we no longer need is deleted.
